--- The weights listed are the certification weight ranges prior to the start of the season.
--- Players are granted an allowance of one additional pound over the course of the season, not
to exceed nine pounds.
--- Players are allowed one additional pound for cold weather apparel at the discretion of the
NHPW State Board.
